A TYPICAL FRIDAY NIGHT

From pre-shift to "good night."

Same six things happen every service. Right now they live in six tabs. Here's what they look like in one app.

01
3:30 PM

Pre-shift huddle

Manager pulls up the night's reservations on the floor plan. Server sections assigned. Today's 86 list, push items, and specials all visible on every server's iPad before they clock in.

Clock-in + kitchen prep

Staff clock in by PIN at the host stand kiosk. Kitchen pulls today's prep list — driven by reservation forecast + 14-day sales pattern. Inventory debits as prep proteins come out of walk-in.

Doors open

Reservations flow into the floor plan. Walk-ins join the queue from a QR at the host stand and get an SMS when their table's ready. Tabs open by guest or table. Orders route to bar or kitchen by item tag.

Peak service

SLA timers per kitchen station. Bumps recorded automatically. If a printer drops, the host-side printer takes over and the alert hits the manager's phone. Splits, comps, transfers — all auditable, all in the ledger.

Close-out

Bartender does liquor count from a phone — bottle by bottle, scanned. Variance against POS rings up on the screen. Tip-share allocates by role, hours, and section. Cash counted, drawer reconciled, deposit slip prints.

You go home

Every sale, shift, tip, void, and inventory move has already posted to the same ledger. Owner pulls tonight's P&L from the truck or the couch. Sunday-morning paperwork doesn't exist.
